PAYMENT METHODS 付款方式

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) when you are ordering through our website.

For Instagram order, we also accept payment via PayMe, FPS and bank transfer (account details to be informed once the order is confirmed)

如於網站下單,我們接受信用卡付款;於instagram下單,我們亦接受PayMe / FPS / 銀行過數(付款詳情待成功下單後再通知)

 

DELIVERY TIME 送貨時間

All orders are shipped via SF Express. Estimated arrival time would be around 2-4 working days once an order is successfully placed.

A confirmation email with a unique SF tracking number would be sent to you once your order is dispatched.

所有貨品均由順豐快遞寄出。到貨時間為成功下單後約2-4個工作天。貨品寄出後,客人將收到確認電郵,內付貨品追蹤編號作參考。

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE 退換貨須知 

If you find any defective/ flawed item(s), please contact us by emailing simplegoods.store@gmail.com (with order number, photo attachment, detailed description) within 5 days of receiving your purchase. After checking and confirmation, we would issue an product exchange.

Please ensure that all returned items should show no trace of use, no damage, and have to be returned in the original package with the original invoice.

We do not accept exchange or return of used or damaged items.

Unless there is product quality problem, all products are allowed exchange only once, and the exchange must be a product of the same style and the same colour.

若顧客發現收到貨品有任何瑕疵或損壞 (不包括第三方物流運送過程中損壞),須在收貨後5天內以電郵/訊息聯絡本店提出退換,並需提供訂單編號損壞產品之照片詳細文字說明

退換貨品必須為全新及未經使用,需連同原封包裝下退回。

貨品一經使用、修改或因不適當使用而引致損壞,恕不接受退換。

退換產品只限於相同產品,包括顏色、尺寸、款式。每張訂單只能換貨一次,如因色差、下單錯誤、人為損壞為等因素一律不接受退換。
